Complete with Socket Fusion Welding Blocks and Accessories

For Jointing of Plastic Pipes and Fittings during the Installation of Plastic Pipework Systems, from the following materials:

PP (Polypropylene - Copolymer)
PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride)
PPR (Random Copolymer Polypropylene)

Complete Kit Consists of :

110mm 110v 1400wSocket Fusion Welding Tool - Temperature: Pre-set to weld PP & PPR (Thermostat Controlled, can be adjusted up to up to 300°C)
9 Sets (2) PTFE Coated Socket Fusion Heater Bushes/Blocks/Tool Ends Type 'A', Sizes: 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm 63mm 75mm, 90mm & 110mm. (These are only for use with PPR)

We offer both Type A & Type B Heater Bushes

Type A: Are for pipes that have not been mechanically processed (i.e.: Peeled)

Type B: Are for pipes that have been mechanically processed (i.e.: Peeled)

The onus is on the customer to check with their Pipe & Fittings Manufacturer/Supplier to recommend which type of heater bushes are required for their specific brand. Barnes accept no responsability for the purchase of the incorrect heater bush types.
