SP630EVO3 (250mm - 630mm) Hydraulically Operated Butt Fusion Welding Machine - Capable of welding pipe to pipe and pipe to fitting butt fusion welded joints in the following materials HDPE & PP.

The complete machine consists of the following:-

  • Basic machine body (Frame & 4 No. 630mm Main Clamps)
  • PTFE coated Heating Element (400v 3 Phase)
  • Electronic Control Box for the Heating Element (400v 3 Phase)
  • Pipe End Planning Tool with double edged blades, reversible (400V 3 Phase)
  • Hydraulic Power Unit c/w: Pressure Gauge (230v Single Phase)
  • Pair of flexible hydraulic pipes with quick release coupling
  • Holder (for Heating Element and Pipe End Planning Tool)
  • Wooden Box: For shipping purposes.

 

Pipe/Fitting Clamp Reducers (Sold separately to the machine):

  • Sizes: 630/560 mm, 630/500 mm, 500/450 mm, 500/400 mm, 500/355 mm, 500/315mm, 315/280 mm & 315/250 mm.
