SP-EVO160ARV2 (40mm - 160mm) Hydraulically Operated Butt Fusion Welding Machine - Capable of welding pipe to pipe and pipe to fitting butt fusion welded joints in the following materials PP, HDPE, & PVDF.

The complete machine consists of the following:-

• Basic machine body
• PTFE coated Heating Element
• Electronic Control Box for the Heating Element
• Hydraulic Power Unit c/w: Pressure Gauge
• Pipe End Planning Tool with double edged blades, reversible
• Pair of flexible hydraulic pipes with quick release coupling
• Holder (for Heating Element and Pipe End Planning Tool)
• Full set of pipe/fitting clamp reductions: Sizes  40, 50, 63, 75, 63, 90, 110, 125, 140 & 160mm

Please Note: The machine is available in both 230v or 110v (Please specify which voltage is preferable)

• 160mm top bevelled half-jaw - for welding short spigot 90 degree elbows
