SP 1600 (1000mm - 1600mm) Hydraulically Operated Butt Fusion Welding Machine - Capable of welding pipe to pipe and pipe to fitting butt fusion welded joints in the following materials HDPE & PP.

The complete machine consists of the following:-

  • Basic machine body
  • PTFE coated Heating Element
  • Electronic Control Box for the Heating Element
  • Hydraulic Power Unit c/w: Pressure Gauge
  • Pipe End Planning Tool with double edged blades, reversible
  • Pair of flexible hydraulic pipes with quick release coupling
  • Holder (for Heating Element and Pipe End Planning Tool)
  • Full set of pipe/fitting clamp reductions: Sizes 1000mm, 1200mm & 1400mm

Please Note: The machine is available in 400v 3 Phase Power

Additional Optional Accessories (Sold separately to the machine):
