HWT 500 CS: 200 mm - 500 mm Workshop Butt Fusion Welding Machine

The OMISA HWT 500 CS servo-operated workshop system for manufacturing PE, PE 100 RC, PP, and PVC-U, PVC-C pipes, segmented bends, and fittings, fitted with narrow aluminum master clamps.

Designed to manufacture pipe fittings such as: Pipe to Pipe & Segmented Bends. Plus optional extra clamping kits to weld 90° Tees, Y-pieces, Crosspieces (Additional to basic machine).

It works with pipe diameters from 160–500 mm, making it suitable for medium-to-large pipeline fabrication.

Servo-operated precision
“Servo-operated” means the machine uses servo motors for very precise movement and pressure control. This improves: Weld consistency, Accuracy of alignment, Repeatability across batches.

Heavy-duty mechanical structure
Built on a rigid, no-warp frame (welded or bolted) . The trapezoidal guide rails with precision runner blocks, tensures smooth stable movement of the carriage (which holds the pipes), the heating plate, the facing tool (used to prepare pipe ends). This stability is critical for high-quality welds.

Compliant with EU standards
The system complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, meaning: it meets European safety requirements. It’s approved for industrial use in regulated environments.
Full process monitoring & data logging

The machine tracks all key welding parameters: Temperature - Pressure - Time - Alignment.

Stores up to 10,000 welding reports: Ensures traceability - Helps with quality assurance and audits - Essential for industries like gas, water, and infrastructure.

Data export & integration: USB interface for downloading reports as PDFs. - Compatible with OMISA DataWork Professional. Easy reporting. Integration into project management or QA systems.

Weld labeling system
The Optional Tag Printer can: Print durable labels, these can be attached directly to the welded fitting. This gives Instant identification and traceability back to the weld data.
