BPWE 110 EasiWeld - Workshop & Site Butt Fusion Welding Machine

Portable and flexible all round welding machine for use both in the workshop and on site too.

The BPWE EasiWeld 110 is your professional solution for butt-welding applications with HDPE, PP, and PVDF Pipes & Fittings for all pressure ranges, from O.D. 20mm through 110 mm and Tees O.D. 20mm through 90 mm.
Our unique machine offers all the advantages of a mobile butt-welding system that is user-friendly and handy enough to be used both in a workshop or on-site situation.
 
Basic Machine:-
  • Machine Chassis (c/w Pivoting 110mm Main Clamps – Includes Horizontal & Vertical Adjustment)
  • Electric Facing Tool (AKA: Pipe End Trimmer or Pipe End Planer) c/w: Two Edged Blades
  • Heating Element/Plate (PTFE Coated)
  • Tabletop Stand (for Heating Element/Plate)
  • Main Clamp Reducers – 8 Half-shells - (Sizes: 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 75 & 90mm)
  • Steel Transport Case (for machine & reducers)
Our unique machine clamps on the machine chassis are available with both horizontal and 'optionally' with vertical adjustability too. This enables pre-welding precision placement in both dimensions. This is particularly important for the precise results when producing the Tee Pieces and Segmented Bends too. Due to its compact and lightweight design makes it the ideal choice for overhead the optimum choice for overhead welding jobs/pipe installations. The segmented bends and tee making capabilities are made possible due to the clamps being able to swivel bilaterally by up to 15º each. Tee Piece manufacture is also available as the clamps are able to be set at a 45º angle.
 
The main machine frame and clamps are mounted on a powder coated base panel. It has and ergonomically designed pipe end planning tool that is available as either a manual or electric version with its dual sided blades it cuts through the pipe/fittings with ease. This tool also has the option of having a horizontal adjustment too (available as an optional extra extra).
 
The electronically controlled, PTFE-coated heating element features an integrated temperature control.
