Barnes 125.1- 125mm Socket Fusion Welding Machine

The machine is capable of welding 32 – 125mm fittings to pipes in PE, PP, PP-R, PVDF and PB.

Suitable for the socket fusion welding of the following leading systems such as:-

Aqautherm PP-R / George Fischer pipework systems: Aquasystem PP-R, Instaflex PB, PP, PE & PVDF, CPV`s PP Metric Pipes & Fittings. The machine can be used in the workshop or on site to pre-fabricate plastic pipework systems.

• Basic Machine mounted on solid steel frame, that also doubles as the underside of steel trasport case

• Full Set of 'Type A' Socket Fusion Heater Bushes/Blocks - Sizes: 32, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110 & 125mm (These are only for use with for PPR)

'Type A' Bushes are used for pipework that has not undergone preparation/peeling prior to welding.

'Type B' Heater Bushes are used for pipework that has been peeled or prepared prior to welding
