Insertion Probe Sensor

Accurate Thin and Flexible - To be used in conjunction with our digital thermometer helps to check the hot air preheat and extrudate temperatures, required by German DVS Standards Code 2207-4. Great for inserting into the hot melt plastic extrudate at the end of the extruder welder barrell.

Please Note: The DVS Standards are the recognised benchmark for plastic welding worldwide.

Temperature Sensor - Insertion Probe Specifications:-

  • Accurate and thin temperature sensor
  • Thin stylus on Ø1,5mm provides the very fast response time
  • Measuring tip length 130mm, 1,5mm diameter
  • Wire length 105cm
  • Measuring range -65°C to 550°C
  • Response time t90 = approximately 3 seconds
