Vac-Plate Self Contained Vacuum Box 
 
The Vac-Plate Vacuum Test Box is used for the non-destructive testing of welded geomembrane seams.  The unit is completely self-contained. Therefore, no outside vacuum source is required. Just plug it in, flick the switch and watch the gauge.
 
It is flexible and easy to create an initial vacuum seal over uneven areas and wrinkles too.
 
Due to its low profile it prevents the liner from being pulled/sucked up into the viewing chamber.
 
The tester comes complete with a standard test gauge.
 
This light weight tester is easily portable and great to use on site from one test piece to another.  The vacuum motor can be quickly removed or reattached directly to box (It literally clicks on and off).  No tools are required.
