Used to create a V - shaped groove in PVC vinyl / linoleum flooring in preperation for welding

Joint Grooving Means: Making a groove along a joint between two glued down floor coverings that are side by side.
There are 2 types:-
  1. Tight joint (less than 1 mm) for PVC flooring without foam and linoleum (Tarkett, Forbo)
