Round Annular Butt Fusion Welding Heating Plate

These heating tools are specially designed to butt fusion weld PP & PE pipes in dual containment piping systems. The tools can be used manually or incorporated into use on a butt fusion welding machine.

The Round Annular PTFE Coated Butt Fusion Weding Heater Plates include:-

• Electronic controls with digital display
• Controls allow for set and actual temperature display
• Tempertaure control box incorporates 2 control lamps for mains and interval control
• All plates are supplied with an eye bolt for use with a hoist
• Optional Extra:  All plates can be manufactured with external temperature controls mounted in a seperate control panel
