Split Annular Butt Fusion Welding Heating Plate

These heating tools are specially designed to butt fusion weld PP & PE pipes in dual containment piping systems. The tools can be used manually or incorporated into use on a butt fusion welding machine.

The Standard Split Annular PTFE Coated Butt Fusion Weding Heater Plates include: a power cable and plug, on/off switch with mains control and temperature indicator light incorporated into the heater plates handle. This Standard Version is available up to 300mm or 12" o.d. (outside diameter).

The Large Split Annular PTFE Coated Butt Fusion Weding Heater Plates include: electronic controls with analog or digital display. The digital version allows for set and actual temperature display. The tempertaure control boxincorporates 2 control lamps for mains and interval control. The Larger Plates are suppliedwith an eye bolt for use with a hoist. Theses Larger Plates are custom manufactured to your specific size requirements.
