Used for preparing/cleaning/scraping Aluminium Coated PP-R (Polypropylene Random) Plastic Pipe prior to socket fusion welding.

The peelers are used for shaving a thin layer of material off the outside diameter of the oxodised pipe surface, plus the layer of aluminium too. Thus preparing the pipe for a clean weld and creating a good interference fit from pipe to fitting.

They are used for such pipeworks systems as George Fischer `Aquasystem`, Bänninger Rohrleitungssysteme PP-R/PP-RCT System Stabi-Tubes, - Aquatherm Green Pipe PP-R/Aluminium and WEFATHERM Stabi-Pipe PP-R/Aluminium Socket Fusion Pipe Jointing.
