Line Bender Wire Heater 125CM

Easy to use workbench plastic line bender/heater is ideal for the heating and manual folding/bending of the following plastic materials:

• PVC (Poly `vinyl chloride`)
• Acrylic
• PMMA or Poly(methyl methacrylate)
• PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate)

The heating temperature is set and monitored by a digital thermostat as well as a digital time switch are very helpful for the production of small quantities.

This ensures exact and reproducible heating of all thermoplastic material.

Please Note: Minimum recommended bending length is 7 x the sheet thickness 'as recommended by most sheet manufacturers'.

PLEASE NOTE: This machine is only for applying localised heat into the plastic sheet only. This then makes it pliable for bending or folding. This bending or folding can then be done manually by the user. It is then possible for the user to set the specific angle he wants to achieve by either using one of our Manual Bending Tables (see related products) or by producing their own former, clamp or jig in order for the heated sheet to cool or set.

N.B: All weights shown are packed weights. The line benders are usually boxed in sturdy wooden transport crates.
