Hi-Vac Test Plate (Requires separate vacuum pump)

The Hi-Vac-Plate Vacuum Tester is used for the non-destructive testing of welded geomembrane seams. The unit is draws more vacuum than our self contained model and therefore requires a separate vacuum source.

This separate vacuum source can either be an electrically powered vacuum pump or a pressure pump connected to our Hi-Vac Valve Kit.

Just plug it in connect your vacuum sourse, flick the switch and watch the gauge. A maximum vacuum of up to 10 PSI or 20 Inches of Hg is acheivable.

It is flexible and easy to create an initial vacuum seal over uneven areas and wrinkles too.

Due to its low profile it prevents the liner from being pulled/sucked up into the viewing chamber.

The tester comes complete with a standard test gauge.

This light weight tester is easily portable and great to use on site from one test piece to another.
