Tube H – Hot Air Tool

The Tube-H Hot Air Tool offers high performance and efficient welding of landfill lining of geo-membranes, lagoon membranes, geotextiles and heavy tarpaulin covers.

The tool is also used in the automotive industry for drying filler materials and also for the activation of glues and heat forming of plastic parts.

The heating power of 3000 W 230 V can be progressively increased through our reliable electronic controls from ambient (room temperature) up to 700 °C.

The Tube H is service-friendly due to the new generation motors that we use, which have a considerably longer carbon brush service life of more than 1,500 hours. The carbon brushes have fail safe mechanism built in that stops the motor from being damaged when the carbon brushes eventually ware out. The replacement carbon brushes can then be replaced with relative ease.
