BPWE 500 CNC (250 mm - 500mm) Workshop Operated Butt Fusion Welding Machine

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) operated butt fusion welding machine. Capable of welding, HDPE, PP, PVDF & PP-R or PPR, pipe to pipe, pipe to fitting and in most cases fitting to fitting.

The CNC control provides the following main functions:

• Assist the operator during the welding cycle
• Checks and controls the welding parameters during the welding cycle
• Prints out a welding report at the end of the welding cycle
• The CNC control will carry on the welding cycle once the pipe and/or fittings have been clamped into position and the correct parameters have been chosen.
• The Welding data set up includes: Material Type - Diameter - Wall Thickness or SDR - Welding Standard - ( DVS, ISO , WIS , ISO HP , etc )
• The  database related to the welding can be transfer to a PC by means of using the software supplied

With two pivoting clamps you are able to fabricate segmented bends
