For use with the FORSTHOFF Type 7500 Hot Air Tools/Industrial Heat Sources
 
These ceramic element have an inbuilt outer insulation sleeve or mica sleeve and can be used as spare elements or replacement elements for the Type 7500 Tools
 
  • Code No. 3200: 230v 5000w - (to be used with the 6000: Type 7500, 230-240v 5000w Tool)
  • Code No. 3210: 380-440v 5000 - (to be used with the 6002: Type 7500, 380-440v 5000w Tool)
  • Code No. 3220: 380-440v 7500w - (to be used with the 6004: Type 7500, 380-440v 7500w Tool)
  • Code No. 3230: 380-440v 10,000w - (to be used with the 6005: Type 7500, 380-440v 10,000w Tool)
 
The FORSTHOFF heating elements are easy to replace - the 3 pronged element plugs and unplugs into the main housing of your plastic welding gun
 
To relpace the element:
  • Loosen 4 screws on main nozzle of welding gun
  • Remove main nozzle
  • Unplug heating element without twisting
  • Reverse the procedure to fit the new element
