  • Automated block welding machine for full-area welding of dimensionally stable plastic foam sheets to blocks
  • Foam panels / sheets are fed to the machine on pallets and the 2-axis handling system supplies the panel to the automatic block welding machine
  • Machine can be designed for Contact Heating (via a PTFE Coated Plate) or IR (Infrared Radiation) Heating
  • Welding force applied by servo-motors in a master/slave mode
  • Servomotor drive for heating element for the shortest reversal times
