Hot Knife - Thermocutter (230v or 110v)

Our range of rugged; powerful hot knives are used in a wide variety of applications.

They were originally designed to enable sail makers to cut and seal sailcloth prior to sewing into sails. They are now used in manufacturing plants across the world on most man-made fibers. They are used by riggers, ships chandlers, sail makers, lampshade makers, kite builders, upholsterers etc…

An alternative tip gives better visibility of the cutting edge for use in confined spaces. Our knives power inputs range from 150 Watts to 350 Watts (in both 230v & 110v) and can easily cut and seal woven & knitted materials/rope of up to 80mm thick. Allow 5 to 7 minutes for full heat and once on may stay on all day or switched on/off as required.
