The welder was developed for welding thermoplastics such as Polyethylene (HDPE/MDPE/LDPE), Polypropylene (PP).

Molten plastic welding rod is injected below the surface of the plastic resulting in super strength welds

The Injection Welder tip forms the weld zone and prepares the plastic for a high-pressure injection of molten plastic welding rod.

Independent tests prove the claim of a superior weld indicating no break of weld or material in any finished samples

We do not know of any other plastic repair or fabrication equipment that can offer these results
