Plastic Sheet Heating or Line Bender Machine
Easy to use workbench plastic line bender/heater is ideal for the heating and manual folding/bending of:
PP/PE/PVC/ACRYLIC/PETG & POLYCARBONATE. Materials.
The heating temperature is set and monitored by a digital thermostat.
This ensures exact and reproducible heating of all thermoplastic material.
A parallel end stop, which is available as an additional accessory, as well as a digital time switch are very helpful for the production of small quantities.
A clip on teflon heating sword ( can be purchased separately as an additional accessory) can be used to heat and bend thinner gauge sheets from 0.25 to 1mm , this works within a few seconds.
Please Note: Miniimum recommended bending length is 7 x the sheet thickness `as recommended by most sheet manufacturers`.
