GAMMA 110 Plastic Pipe/Fitting Butt Welding Machine, 25 - 110mm.

Suitable for the welding of: PP (Polypropylene), HPPE (High Density Polyethylene), PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer), PVDF(Polyvinylidene Fluoride).

Portable welding machine for the construction of segmented bends. Thanks to a special clamp, this machine can also weld moulded fittings such as bends, tees, wyes (Y) and flange necks up to Ø110 mm. Flanges can be welded with the help of a flange neck holder (on request),

Machine comes with:-

• Machine body with pressure regulating device, a support base and
  
• Bench vice for the heating plate;
  
• Removable heating plate with an automatic electronic temperature
  control device;
  
• Electrically controlled removable milling cutter for levelling the
  ends of the pipe and/or fitting;
  
• Pair of special clamps for making bends (useful also for pipe to pipe
  welding);
  
• Right hand fittings clamp (Left hand side fittings clamp sold seperately)
  
• Tripod machine support;
  
• Support for the milling cutter and the heating plate;
  
• 2 No.  tripod supports to support the pipe;
  
• Special bench vice so the machine can be clamped onto a work bench.
