The FORSTHOFF heating elements are easy to replace - the 3 pronged element plugs and unplugs into the main housing of your plastic welding gun
To relpace the element :
-
Loosen 4 srews on main nozzle of welding gun
-
Remove main nozzle
-
Remove Insulation tube *
-
Unplug heating element without twisting
-
Reverse the procedure to fit the new element
*The insulation tube must always be used with the element
Please Note: These elements are end of line elements, that is why they are on special offer. They come in 1000w in 110v Only !
