Barnes Acrylic Flame Polishers

A quick, easy and cost-effective method of obtaining a professional finish to the cut edges of acrylic materials.

This method of polishing requires no other polishing materials, such as mops or compounds and can finish intricate shapes, holes, grooves etc, in and mess one step operation.

These portable units can polish large pieces of acrylic without having to manhandle them to a polishing area.

There are three models in the range offering different gas outputs to meet individual requirements.

The machines convert distilled or de-ionised water into hydrogen and oxygen gases by electrolysis.

Typical Polishing Times:-

·        5mm Acrylic - 1.5 minutes per metre.

·        6mm Acrylic - 3.0 minutes per metre.

·        8mm Acrylic - 4.5 minutes per metre
