AL250 Aligner - Pipe Alignment Clamps 75mm - 250mm

Robust, rigid and powerful clamp available in two options and with the option of additional accessories.

Designed and developed to keep thermoplastic pipes (such as HDPE & PP) fixed in one position prior and during the electrofusion welding process by using electrofusion couplings.

The standard equipment for both straight couplings and elbow couplings, is composed of 4 No. 250mm main clamps connected to 2 main frames/bases.

The additional tee joint equipment is composed of 1 No. the standard device (AL250) with 2 No. additional main clamps connected on 1 No. additional frame/base.

The reducer inserts for the 250mm main clamps are sold in sets of 2 No. (1 No. Upper Insert & 1 No. Lower Insert) and come in sizes: 75mm, 90mm, 110mm, 125mm, 140mm, 160mm, 180mm 200mm & 225mm.

Please Note: 1 Set of Reducer Inserts is required per clamp
